We read "The Lorax" by Dr. Seuss this morning.
I am mature enough now that the lessons from The Lorax sank in, in a new way.
After listening very carefully, when the book was done I said to my mom...
"Mom, I know what I can do to save our forests in this world. I am going to draw lots of pictures of trees and sell them (for $1) to all the people in our world who cut down trees. Then when they see my pictures, they will know not to cut down any more trees.
I just hope I can make enough pictures."

Mom was impressed.
Entrepreneurial AND altruistic.
I am well on my way to saving the world.
