My cousin Marcus and I had a blast hanging out with Penny. I told him the rules for when Penny is out and about (aside from don't ever let her get away!).
The rules are:
- don't squeeze her, even if she squeezes you
- move slowly, no flinging or flailing
- don't put your hands near her head
Mom and dad said the most important rule is to have fun, and whenever possible, take pictures to send to grandma (in this case, Marcus' grandma too)!
